I rate the cleanliness at a full set of points. I have no reservations in this matter. Great meals. You can easily eat healthy and tasty here. A very large selection. The staff did a great job. Parking is right in front of the entrance to the facility. Ideal location and at the same time not too far from mountain routes.

Fantastic location, close to the city and the mountains. Very tasty meals, a wide selection and excellent quality. Very high level of service. I have nothing to complain about when it comes to cleanliness. Very well equipped rooms, of course fast internet and lots of attractions!

The location is great for walking, we recommend the Belvedere Hotel for family trips. Everyone is very polite and helpful. The variety of attractions offered by the hotel make rain not an obstacle to relaxation. During breakfast, there is a very large amount of vegetables and fruit. I am satisfied with the level of cleanliness.

Breakfast fantastic! A very large selection! Nice service, we didn't miss anything. Clean and pleasant. The Belvedere Hotel is very well located with a view of the mountains. A great swimming pool, cool saunas, lots of animations for children, live music - what more could you want?

The hotel is a massacre, the staff, a tragedy, what is written on the website is one big to the feminine reality that prevails here. In a word, it's too much to describe it, but if you have to spend 5000 PLN, look for a cheap hotel.

The gentleman was very polite and gave me perfect advice 😉 The rooms are super equipped - there is everything you need. This property is wonderfully located, which offers a lot of attractions. Čistý veľký hotel,wellnes nás nemilo prekvapil že do sauna sa chodí v plavkách a nefungovali sprchy pri parnej sauna.

Izby čisté a veľká kúpeľňa s vyhrievanou podlahou. Sklamal nás jedna veľká perina/paplón. Jedlo výborne a veľa druhov na výber. Aj deti sa majú kde vyblázniť ... Všetko je veľmi blízko ...

Skvělý podzimní pobyt, hotel byl čistý, bohatý výběr jídla, milá obsluha, krásné výhledy ze střešní terasy, bazén pro děti TOP. Určitě tento hotel ještě navštívíme. Mohu doporučit. Monika L.

The whole property is very clean. It is pleasant to spend time here. The atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful. In such a climate, you can easily regenerate. The hotel is not far from Krupówki, but you can count on peace. It's worth taking the option with breakfast, because it's delicious! Everything is fresh and there is a really large selection.

We have been to the Hotel for the 7th time this year and we have not said the last word yet. . Výborný personál, čistota na celém hotel. Výborná gastronomie vždy bylo z čeho vybírat. Jediná výtka je asi fungování hydromasážní vířivky u bazénu. Možná by se hodilo automatický v intervalech 10-15 minut vypínat trysky a informovat že vířivka není privátní ale je pro všechny. Je to o lidech ale trefili jsme termín kdy jedna rodinka nebo parta přátel každý den zabrali vířivku a nebrali ohled na to že lidí kteří by ji rádi využili čekají.

Jinak celková spokojenost. 💯

Beautifully decorated large hotel with light, spacious rooms and bathrooms! The wellness area is a bit tiny for such a big a hotel, but the swimming pool makes up for it. The breakfasts are heaven!! Overall thumbs up and I recommend you book a stay here.

Everything is perfectly finished and buttoned up to the last button. The staff is excellent. Very professional and caring about the comfort of the guest. The buffet is simply huge, a great restaurant and bar - nothing but to eat and drink! The offer of activities is very wide. A lot of saunas, jacuzzi and a swimming pool. The location is first-class, quiet and peaceful and you breathe in clean air.

A lot of attraction for children and adults. A whole day of animation. A great place when it comes to the surrounding attractions and location. Friendly staff. I have very fond memories of my stay in this place. Very clean facility. The rooms are very bright. They have a great restaurant with a very interesting menu, and the breakfasts are very diverse.

The food was very tasty. It really impresses with the quality and number of options! Although the hotel is close to the center, you can relax there without the hustle and bustle of the city. The service is simply brilliant. Helpful, courteous and considerate. The hotel's spa area includes a hot tub, sauna, steam room and indoor hot tub. OMG! The bathrooms are in perfect condition. A beautiful place, maintained to the highest standard.
